Alongside group experiences, Roxy also offers 1:1 sessions for employees seeking personalised guidance and holistic wellbeing support,  from nervous-system regulation and stress management, to mindset and lifestyle practices that encourage balance beyond the workplace.

Sessions can take many forms: from short morning resets and lunchtime movement breaks, to immersive half-day workshops focused on emotional regulation, nervous-system balance, or cultivating calm in times of change. Every visit is designed to meet people where they are,  whether your team needs a collective moment to breathe, or individuals would benefit from deeper, tailored support.
