Course of Treatments

Somatic wellbeing unfolds gradually, as your body and mind learn to trust the process and integrate the work on a deeper level.

Through regular sessions, your system begins to unwind long-held patterns, regulate more naturally, and move toward balance with greater ease. Programmes start from three sessions, with longer courses available for continued growth and support.
